Adam Witcraft, Vice-President

Adam has 15 years of aviation experience. After his graduation from Clover Park Technical College in 1995, he acquired his A&P license and was employed by a large reputable repair station as a structures technician. After three flourishing years, he was promoted from technician to assistant shop manager. He held that position for two years before being promoted again to the procurement division where his knowledge of the industry quickly developed. Realizing Adam’s ability to successfully supervise outside component repairs, his duties and responsibility grew and was promoted to outside component repairs manager. In 2005, his decision to work closer to home brought him to a small repair station near the Olympia Airport. He was employed there as an A&P technician for 18 months where he received immense knowledge of pneumatics and electric-mechanical component repairs for both civilian and military aircraft. Striving for new responsibility and management accountability, he accepted a shop manager position for a repair station located in Kent, Washington where he managed the maintenance shop of 10+ technicians specializing in the repair and overhaul of interiors, windows, lavatory, structure, and composite components. In the fall of 2007, he and Ron worked in partnership to create and build their own FAA 145 repair station.
